My relationship with my parents( a good one)
My relationship with my parents is generally good. I don’t have problems with them because they are very comprehensive, supportive, and loving. When I have good results at school they encourage me and they offer me some presents. They let me invite my friend to our home from time to time, but I mustn’t come back home late. I feel happy and I share the house chores so that my mum doesn’t feel tired and fed up. I usually help my mum with the cooking and the washing up. They don’t give me enough pocket money and they pretend that I spend it on useless things. Furthermore they are always unhappy with my school results and they push me to work day and night. Finally, they are always criticizing the way I dress. For all these reasons I feel depressed and desperate and I prefer to stay in my bedroom and not to speak to any one of them.
Generation gap (9th form )
Generation gap is a broad difference in values and attitudes between one generation and another, especially between parents and their children. For example there is a real generation gap in their choice of music, restaurant, clothing and so on. We can also mention the difference in customs, attitudes, and beliefs between any two generations especially between youths and adults. Generation gap is the major reason today why parents and children are moving away from each other. As we all know, the environment has changed, so has the life style and with that changes the mind of children. Today’s generation doesn’t like others interfering in any of their personal matters and affairs, they don’t like their parents ordering them and if they try and tell them what’s wrong with them, they misbehave with their parents.
Generation gap refers to the differences in ways of thinking and behaving that exist between older people, considered to be from the earlier generation, and the younger people who are considered to be from modern generation. This automatically leads to the lack of communication and interaction between them.

Some possible solutions to help improve the situation
i think that this problem is caused by one person belonging to a different generation either the child or the father or grandparents.I think there are some solutions that may help improve the situation. for example, The old ought to be more understanding. They have been young and understand how the young feel whereas the young have never been old. The old are the ones who generally set the rules. So if they are setting rules that cause gaps between them and the young, it is their fault. So they should be more comprehensive and lenient to ensure a better relationship between them
we should assume that neither young or old generation could be held responsible for the generation. It is the changing environment, faced by different generation that causes generation gap. If at all we have to hold one of the two generation responsible, I would choose the older generation, as they have greater power to shape the thinking of their children. The elders could also take special care to educate younger generation on their past and its effect on their thinking.
One of my best school memories : my first day at school
1st story:
I still remember my first day at school. My mother accompanied me to school on the first day. Soon, a teacher came and took me to a classroom. The teacher was very cool. He told us funny stories. He gave us some sweets and asked us about our names. It was an enjoyable time for me and my new classmates. In fact, soon we were laughing and playing together. It had been a wonderful first day at school.
2nd story:
The first memory that came to my mind on the first day of school was that I refused to get on the school bus. The driver was pulling me on the bus and my mother was pushing me on it and was screaming! I didn’t like to go to school. I wanted to stay at home. I remember being really scared and crying a lot in the classroom. The best part of the day was mum coming to pick me up. Luckily the following days were easier and better.
3rd story:
I remember that I met a girl called Sophie. She was really kind and we soon became friends!! She took my hand and asked me about my name, and she told me her name. We went off and played a game. AT the end of the day she gave me a kiss on the cheek. She became my best friend. Overall, I had a really good first day at school, and I don’t remember crying.
Pocket money
There are different attitudes to giving children pocket money. Some are for while others are against.
First, it’s an opportunity to learn financial independence. Second, it enables them to learn the value of money. Third, it enables them to buy whatever they want like stationeries, sweets, C Ds etc….
However, it has some disadvantages. On the one hand, some kids who receive a big amount of money may squander it on many unnecessary things. On the other hand, they may learn bad habits such as smoking. Furthermore, it teaches them laziness because they do not make any effort to earn money. Finally, it should be controlled to be wisely used.
In a nutshell, pocket money has as many advantages as disadvantages.
